La Primavera: “Propose Your Love Story” Wedding Giveaway

Official Rules & Regulations

1. CONTEST OVERVIEW The "Propose Your Love Story" Giveaway (the "Contest") is hosted by La Primavera Event Space in partnership with Spin Entertainment, Foto Factory, and Babylon Decor (collectively, the "Vendors"). By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Contest is open to engaged couples who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The wedding reception must take place at La Primavera Event Space.

• Existing clients who have already booked their wedding with La Primavera Event Space or Spin Entertainment before the contest draw date are not eligible to enter or apply the prize to their existing booking.

• Only one (1) entry per couple is permitted.

3. PRIZE DETAILS & VENDOR INCLUSIONS

A. Venue & Catering (La Primavera Event Space)

The Grand Prize is valid for a maximum of 100 guests (including all vendors and children). The package includes:

• Menu: Hors d’Oeuvres, Antipasto di Casa, Salad, and Dipped Crepe Dessert.

• Entrée Choice: French Cut Veal Chop with Yukon Gold Oven-Roasted Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables OR Braised Beef with Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables.

• Late-Night Stations: One (1) Savoury Station (Choice of Poutine, Sliders, or Mini Veal Sandwiches) and One (1) Sweet Live Station (Crepe or Waffle).

• Bar: Deluxe Bar service.

• Exclusions: Gratuities are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

• Value: $28,000.00.

B. Photography & Video (Foto Factory)

• Services: 8 hours of coverage by a 2-person crew.

• Deliverables: All high-resolution files (edited and print-ready), edited video presentation, and a highlight reel.

• Value: $6,500.00.

• Important Note: The winner is responsible for paying applicable taxes based on the $6,500.00 prize value.

C. Entertainment & Audio-Visual (Spin Entertainment)

• Services: Professional DJ and MC services for up to 8 hours.

• Equipment: Use of in-house sound system and four (4) Intelligent Moving Head Lights.

• Value: $3,000.00.

D. Decor (Babylon Decor)

• Setup: 24 ft. Backdrop with LED lights and a Stage Cover.

• Linens: Upgraded linens for the Head Table, Cake Table, and Receiving Table.

• Centrepieces: 3-tier floating candle holders for up to 15 guest tables.

• Accents: Decorative candles for the Head Table and Cake Table.

• Value: $5000.00.

4. REDEMPTION & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• Redemption Period: The wedding event must be booked and must take place no later than December 31, 2027.

• Booking Deadlines: The winning couple must sign a standard service agreement with Spin Entertainment within seven (7) days of notification to officially claim the entertainment portion of the prize.

• Blackout Dates: Redemption is subject to venue availability. New Year’s Eve and all Statutory Holidays are strictly excluded.

5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No Cash Value: Prizes have no cash value. No credits, refunds, or offsets will be provided if the final guest count is below the 100-guest maximum.

• Upgrades & Substitutions: Any upgrades, substitutions, or additional services requested by the winner (e.g., additional guests, extended hours, menu changes) will incur additional charges payable by the winner.

• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

• Promotional Release: By accepting the prize, winners grant the Vendors (La Primavera, Spin Entertainment, Foto Factory, and Babylon Decor) the right to use their names, likenesses, photos, and event media for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected and contacted via email or phone. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with the booking requirements within the specified timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.
